If you have a head for arithmetic, you might have noticed that Frank's "FOCES" schools have almost twice as many class hour per year as our current failed schools. What an opportunity!

If we made no change at all to what is being taught, twice as many class hours a year means children would graduate from high school at age twelve. Two more years for college would mean college graduation at age fourteen!

Frank wants to change what is being taught, and how it is taught.  The average college professor today teaches less than 200 hours a year. Not acceptable!

The typical elementary and high school teacher spend most of her time on "chalk and talk." Writing on the blackboard, white board, whatever, and yapping about what she is writing. What a waste!
